For engineering offices — cooperation
A professional cooperation to activate two specialised service lines within an engineering office: real-estate subdivision and merger, and judicial engineering expertise through the Ministry of Justice's Khibrah Platform.
A defined professional arrangement
An office's accreditation to provide subdivision services requires a certified specialist on its team. Similarly, the Khibrah Platform's official terms define a house of expertise as a licensed establishment in which one or more experts work or which they own — an engineering office cannot register as a technical expertise entity without a certified technical expert on its team. I hold both qualifications: accreditation in real-estate subdivision, and appointment as a court technical expert through the Khibrah Platform since 2021.
The office provides its professional entity, institutional identity, and administrative and technical support. The cooperation includes registering my professional affiliation with the establishment through the Saudi Council of Engineers. Contracts, reports, and invoices are issued in the establishment's name where required, with the agreement setting out the establishment's administrative and contractual responsibilities and the qualified specialist's technical and professional responsibility.
The arrangement begins with a short pilot agreement, defined in scope and duration, reviewed before moving to a continuing cooperation agreement.
Inquiries from engineering firms only.
